How to overcome Laziness | How to stop being lazy and depressed:- We all wanted to achieve success in our life but one thing stops us to achieve that goal and that is laziness. We always wanted to stay in our comfort zone but the person who get comfortable outside their comfort zone becomes Successful. In this article we'll learn How to Overcome laziness.

Don't Become as Lazy to reading this article because Only 1 out of 250 People will read this and definitely Achieve Success in their Life. 


A Desire of achieving anything helps you to overcome laziness. You have to Ask yourself that what you want to become in next 5 Years and Why?, when you find your Why for any purpose then nothing will stop you. 


For example you didn't want to do Exercise because you imagine the pain you suffer from while exercising then you procastinate it. At that moment you have to Imagine the Pain. Imagine you're doing exercise. You Are sweating at all. When you imagine the pain then your body gets comfortable for the pain. 


When You feel lazy and procrastinating something then ask yourself 4 Questions:-


•Can I let it go? 

•Would I let it go? 

•When would I let it go? 

•Can you allow yourself be excited about it? 


If you Procrastinating something to do later then be aware that you have to do it definitely then why not I do it now and become free. 


1) Visualize Yourself doing it!

Imagine that you're doing that work and Enjoying it. May be you're lifting weight and at the end you've Muscles and an attracting body that you want. Imagine that you're Doing it and find easiness there.

2) Start with Baby Steps

Divide your Work in small Steps. For example if you don't want to study right now then make Baby steps like

•First I will clean my table

•I will just sit on chair

•I just open the book

•I just read 1 Page/Topic/Question.


These baby steps makes you feel easy then when you are in momentum then you will start doing it. 


Do you remember Newton's First law of motion in which he said 'When a body is in rest then it remains in rest until any external force applied on it, And if a body is in motion then then it wants to be in motion until any external force applied on it'. 


Same thing occurs with us. If we are in rest then we just wanted to rest until any emergency or urgency occured, so that we have to Make these situations in our daily work. 


If you're reading this till here then you will become successful. 


3)Build the momentum

Start Taking Regular Actions so that you comes to an momentum. Similar to physics this law is also implemented in our real life That's "If a body is in rest then It wants to be in rest or If a Body is in Motion then it Wants to be in motion until any external force applied on it" So Put an External force of Motivation and become in momentum

4) Don't stop, Don't Quit, just push yourself again and again

If you Didn't want to do it, No matter, Do It! People say Focus on work not on results but it is totally wrong, "Love Your Results not your work". Mohammad Ali Said that "I hated the every second of practice but i Love to Win Trophies".

5) Find a Purpose in Life

If you want to Do something but not able to then force yourself to do it. 


For example :- You're a student and wanted to make a habit of study for 5 Hours Regularly. Just Make all your stuffs near your table and just sit on table for next 5 Years. Start studying forcefully. DON'T STAND UP!. Sleep, Die, Cry, Or feel your tummy full/empty. Don't Stand up. Never, I repeat never. Nor in any condition. And you've to do it just for next 21 Days. In 21 Days any Habit can be Formed or Demolished.
