Japanese secret for Success and Happiness: There is an island in Japan Okinawa, Japan. The Residents of this island lives for 100 Years and The 80-90 years old people also Wakeup and Do their Work Happily and Till the death they didn't retire. Means the people of okinawa island, Japan lives the most happy, long and peaceful life by using a formula Called IKIGAI means reason to live. These people believe that you born for a reason and that reason is your IKIGAI. If you do something that is not your IKIGAI then you'll never enjoyed it. You'll live your life in stress and your brain always try to find that reason but the Good news is that Anyone in this World can find their IKIGAI by using this Japanese Formula.

When you left your college then you have to take a decision to what you're going to do in life and that decision is very Important. Due to you spent most of your time in work then somebody says to do what you like, some says to do something that in you are good, some say to do something that makes more Money or someone says to do something that world needs. But the problem is that they'll going you to choose any of that 4 questions but this is a wrong advice. The IKIGAI is a Combination of All Four Parts and if anyone Part is missing then you'll face problems that we study from a Diagram.



There are total Four Circles.

• What you Love
• What you're good at
•What you can be paid For and
• What the World Needs.

By the Combination of first two elements you'll find your passion. 

Eg. You Like to learn something new and Programming and you're also good at them then it's your passion.

By the intersection of second and third circle you'll find your Profession. 

Eg. You made an app by learning something new and you earned money from that also then it's your profession.

By the Combination of Third and Fourth circle you will find Vocation means The world needs something from which you're getting paid. 

Eg. The app You made is best suitable for the world then it's your vocation.

And in the Last you will find your Mission, When the world needs Your Favourite thing then it becomes your mission. 

Eg. The app you liked to made and the World also needs that then this is your mission.



The problem appears when people told you to find your passion but that is not enough. Passion is just one part of IKIGAI.

Asume you love to write blog and you improved your writing skills and you become good at that. Now World learns something from your blog means world needs that and then they Pay you for that. Means Blogging satisfy all 4 needs means blogging is your IKIGAI. You have to find something that satisfy all four needs i.e. Passion, Profession, vocation and mission.

Sachin Tendulkar loves Cricket. He get training and get mastered on it. Cricket brings him money and people loves his batting. Means Cricket is an IKIGAI of Sachin Tendulkar. The Famous and Successful people you know because they find their IKIGAI hence get Success.

You'll not find your IKIGAI that easy, you need your Intuition and Curiosity. You have To try many thing and Ask questions to yourself. And once you find your IKIGAI then You're like I Am waited for that.
