Full body workout at home without equipment: Human Body is the Most necessary Thing for you. You have to Get fit and Remain fit. In this article we'll see 8 Exercises for overall Body that Make you a Fit person. Do these Exercises for next 50 Days without skipping a Single Day and you'll get Your Dream Body.

1. Pushups:-

For Chest and Arms, Pushups is the Best Exercise. Beginners can start with 3 Sets of 10 Pushups and Increase it to Minimum 30. If you do Less than 30 Pushups then you have low stamina. Make sure you are not taking more than 2 minutes of rest between these 3 Sets. Make sure your Hands are in Just of your Shoulder level and The Body is Straight In your hands and legs and Chin up your face.

2. Squats:-

Squats is a Very Effective Exercise, it works on your overall Body. It makes your leg Stronger and tight. Helps you to lose Belly fat. And Increases the Level of testosterone in your body so You automatically start gaining muscles in your Whole Body and Start getting more mascular body. Females can also Do this exercise for getting fit. Beginners can start with 3 Sets of 15 Squats. Make sure you are not taking more than 1 minute of rest between these 3 sets.

3. Plank:-

Plank is the Best exercise to lose belly fat and making 6 Pack Abs. You just have to hold on your Hand and Leg and make sure your body is Balanced straight. Beginners can do 60 Seconds of 3 Sets of Plank, if you are not able to do 60 seconds then you also Choose your own time and increase that amount time to time. It seems easy but that's difficult.

4. Stretching:-

Stretching helps To increase your height. Your height should increases till Age of 20 (Yeah, don't listen who says just 18). Stretching your body for 2 Minutes can makes you tall. If you want to increase your height then you also Use Jumping 500 Times and Hanging for a minute. Hanging is best for increasing height. Drink Milk 2 Times because milk contains the hormone which increases height.

5. Crunches :-

Crunches also helps to Lose belly fat and make 6 Pack abs. As shown in Picture, fix your legs on any table or anything and push your hands towards leg. 

Please Take Proper Sleep of 7-8 Hours because Your body doesn't makes Muscle while Exercises but while you are sleeping, Improper sleep is Harmful for the people who want to Increase Height.

‌Eat Till 7 PM*,
‌Try to sleep at 9PM AND Wakeup at 5AM,
‌ Morning exercises are the best
