How to Become Powerful from Corporate Chanakya:- Chanakya niti is one of the best Book that will help you in every aspect of life. Chanakya was a Great philosopher and his tactics are still used in every criteria of life either it’s Business, Defense, relationship etc.

Chanakya was the mentor of the Great ashoka, and due to his guidance Ashoka the great destroyed nanda dynasty and established a stable government. In past era, India was divided into 300+ Countries ruled by different kings.

Chanakya trained ashoka from his childhood and made him to make a Akhand Bharat means one government for the whole country. Chankya Niti is the greatest philosopher of all time and if you read Chanakya niti then you did not need to read any other book.

1. Leadership

Author said that Leadership brings power. In every century, The person who have power is going to the top and For Becoming powerful, Chanakya says you to focus on 4 Factors:-

1. Intellectual Power

We are living in an era of Technology, Chanakya said that the person have more Knowledge will become more powerful.

It’s not about formal education, degree or School literature. Many great minds Ruled the world without having enough formal education so the most important knowledge is Self Education that you’ll find in Enrich Success.

2. Man Power

Your network is all about your power. You’re the average of 5 People you spent your time with so choose your Circle carefully.

All your customers, your employees, your friends all are in this Man Power domain. As huge and powerful your man power is how much powerful you are.

3. Financial Power

Money is the biggest and most Powerful Element present. Nothing is achieved without Money. If you think that it’s not important then show me living one month without money.

Your food, You Clothes and even your Power is gain by money. If you have money then everyone asks you that How are you. That’s the reality of this time.

4. Enthusiasm and Morale

Chanakya said that the most common quality of a powerful person is that Powerful people have Great energy within them with a Discipline. Chanakya says that if you only have that quality then you’ll Achieve all three factors listed above

ART OF PUNISHMENT

If you want to become a Great leader then you must need to understand the Art of Punishment. Yes, a leader must not be too rude so that people will afraid to them even for important tasks and It’s also necessary to not become too sweet because people will not give you value.

So you need to learn the correct use of the Stick.

STAYING AT THE TOP

In the book Corporate Chanakya, Chanakya said that going to top is easy but remaining at that point is very difficult. So for staying at the top you need to demolish 6 Negative Emotions.

1. Lust

The urge of wanting more and more is the worst mistake a human made in their entire life. Once you reach the top then it’s your responsibility to Teach people, Mentor People and Create more Leaders.

2. Anger

Anger steals the power of taking right decisions from you. Develop a sense of humor within you to avoid anger. You need to take control on your anger because people makes most worst mistake while they are angry.

Even sometimes people make their life and relationships bad and then realizes their mistake. So if you want that this situation will not came to you then you need to practice from today.

3. Greed

“There is everything in the world to Complete the desires of everybody in planet, But there is nothing in the world to fulfill a greedy person”

Greed is a human nature that doesn’t give you anything but take everything from you. If you want to learn to live every second of your life with joy then Stop the devil of greed.

4. Pride

For being on the top, A person never had to get under control of their ego. Overconfidence is also known as Ego and when people says that He/she have much attitude, Then they’re mistaking in choice of word and they are talking about Ego, Attitude is a different thing.

Nobody likes a person with ego even you didn’t like someone who have ego and probably you will stop living with them and stop every interactions.

5. Arrogant

When the ISRO (Indian space research organization) launched a rocket and that mission was failed the Leader of A.P.J. Abdul kalam goes to the media and said that that’s all my mistake but Next time when they succeed he Sent A.P.J. Abdul kalam to take every credit. Kalam sir gets very inspired from his and shared that story.

So Taking credit of everything and blaming others when you are wrong is a bad nature and destroy your personality and nobody likes you.

Learn to give credits and Appreciate people for even small achievements, everybody likes appreciation and if you appreciate them then ultimately they will like you.

6. Over Excitement

Leaders must need to learn about controlling their emotions. A person in over excitement will not take decisions from data but by emotions and hence do a mistake.

OWN LAWS

There are 3 Laws of Motion in which the all movements are based, There are Phi law in which the God created the universe. Hence, Everything needs some Laws.

So if you have a Organization, Store, Network Marketing team etc. Then you have to make some Laws that everyone will follow. Create Own Laws for completing specific task in specific amount of time.

For Making a Law you have to consider 3 Things:-

1. Why are you making this law?

2. What are the benefits? And

3. Consider everyone.

In modern time, This Control office is our Office. So Three things you need to consider in your office are:-

1. Treasury

All your Important Documents, Data and money through which you are going to handle your treasury.

2. Army

Your Employees and workers

3. Trustworthy

People that understands your business.

A person who can handle any situation is the Most powerful. Chanakya said that 3 Common situations are:-

1. People Situation
